The apartment is situated on the first floor of the main house.
It has been enlarged in the late 1980s and has now 60 m².
The external stairs lead to the veranda which is the entrance to the apartment.
On the first floor there are the entry, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room and stairs leading
to the second floor.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a separate toilet.
