BLUE HOUSE
The house of 45 m² was built in the early 1960s and for years was used as a storage
for fishing tools. At the beginning of 1980s it was adapted for rent.
On the ground floor there are a small entry, the bathroom, stairs leading to the first
floor, kitchen/dining room with access to the terrace.
On the ground floor there is also a separate room used as garage, office and laundry.
On the first floor, in the low attic, there are a bedroom and a loft.
